If you would like to trade at a Pendle faery Enchanted Event please contact pendlefaery@yahoo.co.uk to request an information and application pack, clearly stating which event you would like to attend.

 

Please note that the Craft Fayre's are a two day event and exhibitors wanting to attend both days will be given priority.

Making an application does not guarantee you a space (although every effort will be made to try and accommodate as many people as possible). Stall spaces are limited and acceptance to trade will not be made on a first come first serve basis, but will be chosen for product variety as so not to have too many traders providing the same type of product.

It would also be appreciated if traders could please dress in keeping with the spirit of the event.

It is individual trader responsibility to have their own public / product liability insurance.  Any injury / damage caused by your goods / stall will be your responsibility.

On both days, the fayre will be open to the public between the hours of 10am – 4pm. Traders are required to set up and pack down at the beginning and end of each day and will have a two hour time slot to do so.

The organisers will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods or equipment whilst on site or any losses incurred for any reason.

Exhibition spaces are 6ft wide and traders are required to provide their own table. The cost is £40 for the weekend. Please note that Ball tickets are not included in the stall fee but can be purchased separately at a cost of £10 per person, £5 under 16’s, under 5’s come free.

Entry to the fayre is free to the public! The venue is on the outskirts of town, on a main road, with good public transport links and car parking availability. Every effort will be made to advertise the event both locally and, in surrounding towns.

 

The Fielden Centre is a Grade 2 victorian hall and is charity funded. This event is to help raise money towards new windows. A donation of a raffle prize would be very much appreciated.
